Please remark: I propose this nutrition to people working for example in front of computer’s or machines, those who have to perform physically (for example construction workers, locksmiths etc I’d also offer alternative way’s to eat healthy on demand. Of cause they need more energy than that and I’d also propose stronger food individually ☺
My intention is to share balanced, mostly lacto - vegetarian dishes with low level of fat and unnecessary carbohydrates. All is prepared in less than 30 min - mostly less and is therefore easy to follow for everyone.
I adresse people, who are interested in healthy lifestyle, sports and technology.
