Spicy Rice with ocra

This rice is prepared with curcuma, raisins, chia and finished with coconut -water, salt and nuts. Ladyfinger (okra) in red hot chilisauce – served with a mix of feta cheese and yoghurt, salt.☺ Take care for reduction diets – this dishes is made for training, working days or running because it’s low fat but carbohydrates. It gives you natural carbohydrate for energy in a useful dosage. 💪💪💪
