Tofu with green beans, soybeansprouts, ginger, lemongrass..

The secret to enjoy your vegetable constantly is the spice. Here I prepared it with garlic, lemongrass, limeleaf, only sweet soy sauce but salt and koreander. Gives a different taste with a little curcuma as well. As you surely remarked: Veggie means PLANTS – so variety of spices makes them adorable to you for long term. I served my ginger garlic sauce with it.
