Very easy and really not costly if you buy at the right grocer’s or market. 3 minutes to prepare : so you see – it’s not a big thing to take care and even saves you money and time to make it a routine. πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘Œ .

By the way : the protein bar’s taste nice and sweet but beware of certain “side-effects” πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ’­πŸ’­πŸ’­ – I think mostly body builders or for example a construction worker would need them. πŸ˜‰
