Here is a wok with only 1 spoon of plant oil, Tofu, onion, tomatoes, fried with it then adjust waterspinach, sweet soy sauce and garlic, salt and Grenadines juice (more a kind of dip – it is thicker than juice). Fabulous with fresh koreander. โ˜บ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ the yoghurt contained 0.1% fat, half an apple sliced, a teaspoon of walnut powder, flakes from Mรผsli, Raisins. .to be soaked for 20 min in lemon juice. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ easy for break or lunch to take with you already fixed. ๐Ÿ˜‰
