I decided to finish up my Tofu before it is filthy and fried it very spicy with plant oil, ginger, garlic, limeleaf, tamarind in soy sauce and finished with a little coconut cream. ☺☺☺💪💪💪
Very nice but a lot of protein – I couldn’t finish it all. With it I made mixed salad with my home grown mixed sprouts. Dressing : grenadine, rice vinegar, plant oil, salt. 😀😀😀👍👍👍
All in all it mached well together but I even prefered the salad with less of tofu. Not to get tired with your dishes, I recommend always different ways how to spice and prepare it.
Here I checked out my new black – pepper sauce and used my favourite chili – sauce. (Both from Indian store)
