I sliced here for our afternoon : 5 kiwis, 0.5 Lemon, 150g Kefir and mixed it with 2 Spoons of chiaseed, 1 Spoon lemon – marmalade (Andrea’s selfmade π), teaspoon of curcuma powder : antioxidant and makes it even brighter green πππ
